Foxtrot Comic Book Guide

Foxtrot has one of the more "regular" patterns of strip publications. The publications, unfortunately, don't have dates on the strips. I'm not sure if some strips are omitted or if Bill Amend simply took vacations every now and then after he was established, but this has made it difficult for me to independently track the start/end dates for the strips in some of the books. However, the follow a regular publication style and are published in order, making it easy for fans to collect the books. Foxtrot books come in three forms; I've somewhat arbitrarily made up names for each of the books.

Large Primary Books: These books hold 3 daily or 1 Sunday strip on each page and are roughly square. The first 14 strip collections were published in this form. The Sundays are in black and white but fully preserved, that is, three full lines long, including the "expendable" top header that is sometimes excluded in newspapers and/or treasuries.
Small Primary Books: After the first 14 Large Primary Books, subsequent books have been published in smaller form, holding only two daily strips or 1 Sunday strip per page. The Sunday strips are in black and white and abridged, that is, they only contain the bottom two-thirds of the strip. According to the author, Bill Amend (who is as good of a source as it gets), this re-representation of the Sunday strips was intentional. I think it may be because all of the new Sunday strips actually have the same top third, which is just the title. Many newspapers cut out the top third of Sunday strips, which has forced cartoonists to write the panels as such. I suppose it would look pretty strange to see the same header every few pages in the books.
Treasuries: The Treasuries reprint the contents of two Large Primary Books or three Small Primary Books. As of the time I'm writing this, there are currently 9 Treasuries. Each page either holds 4 daily strips or 2 daily strips plus 1 Sunday strip. The Sunday strips are in color and of the 2/3rds-size variety.

While the first five books I believe are "complete," that is, not missing any strips, the following books do not appear to be quite complete. Hence, I'm not really sure about the strip dates for many of the books, and have indicated as such with the question marks. I'm fairly confident though not positive about the dates without question marks.
