If You Could Read My Mind by Gordon Lightfoot
So, this is the first song I've tried to tablature-ize. I've made a fairly distinct attempt to make it easy to play, and in doing so I have intentionally simplified a lot of sections, such as the bridge in the middle of the second verse (which sounds more like the ending phrase in reality, but is hard to pull off and sound good (for me) when playing by yourself). This is actually also the first song I've ever tried to fingerpick rather than strum -- you'll notice various shortcuts like using the same phrases over and over again. Nonetheless, I think it makes it a good song to cut one's teeth on fingerpicking, since it's pretty easy.
If you want to match the key of the original song, I believe you need to capo the 2nd fret.
